Last Minute Note From the Code the Vote Team

Hello Hackers!

Code the Vote is nearly here, and we can’t wait to see what you build! Before we put our fingers on the keys we wanted to give you a few final details. 

 

For those participating in person, we’ve been graciously hosted at the Howard University School of Law
2900 Van Ness St NW, Washington, DC 20008

Here is the schedule for the weekend:
Saturday

9am Opening Remarks - Live from Howard (Zoom for remote attendees)

9:30am Hacking Begins

9:45am-4:30pm Online and In-Person support available

Sunday

9:00am Hacking Resumes

9:00am-4:30pm Online and In-Person support available

4:45pm Closing Remarks - Live from Howard (Zoom for remote attendees)

11:59pm Final Submissions Due

 

The opening and closing remarks will be delivered via Zoom which will be sent to the DevPost event and posted in Discord by 8:45am ET. 

 

To help support you we will have staff and volunteers available on Discord during support hours to answer questions about the topic space and technical questions. Please use the designated Q&A channels to ask any questions that you have regarding the your project during the event.

 

Let me be the first to congratulate you! Regardless of where your project finishes you’ve already accomplished something significant; you’ve committed time to helping secure and protect democracy in the US and by extension, around the world.
